These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Shared AI Budget Tracker | Family Budget ("the App"), provided by Karuppasamy Pandiyan Marimuthu under the Humanvoice name. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

The App helps you track expenses, income, budgets, goals and loans. Your financial data is stored on your device. Optional features let you back up to your own Google Drive, sync to your own Google Sheets, and ask an AI assistant questions about your finances.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your device, your Google account, and the accuracy of the data you enter.

3. Your Data

You own your data. We do not store it on our servers. How the App handles your data, including data from Google APIs, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the App, attempt to break or reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Not Financial Advice

The App and its AI assistant provide general information and calculations only. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, and AI responses may be inaccurate. Check important figures yourself and consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

6. Purchases

Optional premium plans are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services such as Google (sign-in, Drive, Sheets) and an AI provider. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for data loss. Please keep backups of important data.

9. Changes and Termination

We may update the App or these Terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. You can stop using the App and delete it at any time.
