Terms of Service for ANPR Smart Gate Tracker ("Smart Gate")

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ANPR Smart Gate Tracker ("Smart Gate") ("the App"), provided by Karuppasamy Pandiyan Marimuthu under the Humanvoice name. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

The App is a vehicle entry and visitor management tool for apartment communities. It scans number plates on the device, keeps resident, visitor and gate-log data on the device, and can optionally back up to the administrator's own Google Drive.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

The App is for adult administrators, operators and property managers. You are responsible for your device, your Google account, the accuracy of the data you enter, and for having the right to collect resident and visitor information in your community.

3. Your Data

Your community owns its data. We do not store it on our servers. How the App handles your data, including data from Google APIs, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the App, attempt to break or reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Accuracy of Scanning

Number plate recognition may be inaccurate. Verify entries yourself where security matters; we are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of scan results.

6. Purchases

Subscriptions and community licenses are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services such as Google (sign-in and Drive) and Firebase. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for data loss. Please keep backups of important data.

9. Changes and Termination

We may update the App or these Terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. You can stop using the App and delete it at any time.
