Private Budget

Want to start tracking expenses? First, create your budget.

In our App, budgeting is the foundation of everything.

Tap Home, open Budgets, and go to Add.

Then select Create Private Budget.

Enter the budget name, initial balance, Start date, End date and currency.

Now add your categories with planned amounts.

You can also add loans and the app automatically shows EMI.

You can also add goals, and the app automatically shows monthly savings.

To save time, copy items from the previous month.

Tap Save, and your budget is ready.

Shared Budget

Want to manage one budget with multiple family members?

Go to Planner, open Share Budget, and tap Create Share Link for the budget you want to share.

Approve the Google permissions, then copy and share the generated link.

On the second user’s device, open Join Shared Budget, paste the link ID, and tap Join Budget.

The shared budget is now downloaded and ready to use.

To receive the latest updates from other users, tap Sync All Budgets.

Sync is manual, so it updates only when you run it.

Want to track your spending?

Tap Planner, open Expenses, and go to Add.

Tap Add Expense and select a budget first.

If no budget is available, create one using New Budget.

Now choose the date, category, subcategory, amount, and payment source.

You can also add notes if needed.

Tap Save, and the app shows your budget usage instantly.

If you exceed the budget, you’ll get an alert.

For loans and goals, you can also see EMI and savings progress.

Open Search to view and filter all your expenses.

Want to create your own category in Family Budget?

Go to Planner and open Categories.

In the Categories tab, type the category name and tap Add Category.

To create a subcategory, open the Subcategories tab, select the main category, enter the subcategory name, and tap Add Subcategory.

That’s it — your new category and subcategory are now ready to use in both Budget and Expense screens.

Want to track your bank account or credit card balance?

Go to Wallet, open Accounts, and tap Add Account.

Select the account type, enter the account name, and add the opening balance.

Then tap Add Account to save it.

To add money, tap Add Income, choose the date, enter the amount, select the account, and save it.

When you add an expense, you can use any account as the payment source.

The expense amount is automatically deducted from that account.

You can also open the Search tab to filter transactions by account, income, expense, or date range.

Want to track your savings goal in Family Budget?

Go to Wallet, open Goals, and tap Add Goal.

Enter the goal name, choose the type, add the target amount, and select the target date.

If you already saved some money, enter it in Already Saved.

Tap Save, and the app calculates how much you need to save every month.

You can then use the goal in Budget and Expense screens to track your progress.

The app shows how much you’ve saved, how much is left, and alerts you if you fall behind.

You can also open Search to view, edit, delete, or complete any goal.

Want to manage your loans more clearly?

Go to Wallet, open Loans, and tap Add Loan.

Enter the loan name, provider, type, interest method, principal, interest rate, tenure, and start month.

If you already paid a few EMIs, just enter the last paid month.

The app instantly shows your monthly EMI, total interest, total payable, and loan end month.

Tap Save, and the loan is ready to use in your budget.

When you record loan expenses, you can track paid and pending EMIs.

You can also open any loan to view full progress, outstanding balance, and the complete EMI schedule.

Want to see your spending habits more clearly?

Open Recap and turn your expenses into visual insights.

Part 1 shows detailed charts by user, category, subcategory, weekday, weekly view, and payment source.

You can also filter the data by budget and date range.

Part 2 lets you compare multiple budgets in one view.

You can compare spending by total amount, category, subcategory, payment source, or user.

For example, you can compare entertainment expenses across different months and understand the difference instantly.

Recap helps you analyze spending smarter and make better decisions.

Chat with AI

Want personalized insights about your finances?

Open the Ask AI screen to get smart, data-driven analysis of your spending habits.

This screen is divided into two powerful tabs. In the first tab, you can chat directly with your financial assistant.

Ask specific questions about your project, such as "Where do I spend most?" or "Are there any red flags in my expenses?"

You can also ask, "Which category needs attention?" to instantly get tailored advice based on your recent activity.

Generate Report/AI Insights

Want a complete overview of your financial health?

Switch to the second tab and tap Generate Report to get a deep dive into the last few months of your budget.

The AI will compile a comprehensive document starting with an Executive Summary and a Financial Scorecard.

It breaks down your money with a Budget-by-Budget Review, Spending Patterns, and Contributor Analysis.

You will also see a Payment Source Analysis, your progress on Goals & Savings Targets, and a complete Debt Overview.

Finally, the report highlights Red Flags, identifies Opportunities to Save, and gives you a clear Action Plan to improve your financial future.
