Terms of Service for One On One Tracker ("OneOnOneTracker")

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of One On One Tracker ("OneOnOneTracker") ("the App"), provided by Karuppasamy Pandiyan Marimuthu under the Humanvoice name. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

The App helps you record one-on-one meetings, notes and follow-ups. Your meeting data is stored on your device. Optional features let you sign in with Google or Apple and back up your data to your own Google Drive.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your device, your account, the accuracy of what you enter, and for keeping notes about other people lawfully and respectfully.

3. Your Data

You own your data. We do not store it on our servers. How the App handles your data, including data from Google APIs, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the App, attempt to break or reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Not Professional Advice

The App is a note-keeping tool. It does not provide HR, legal or management advice.

6. Purchases

The optional "Pro Lifetime" purchase is billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and is subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services such as Google, Apple and Firebase (sign-in, Drive backup, crash reporting). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for data loss. Please keep backups of important data.

9. Changes and Termination

We may update the App or these Terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. You can stop using the App and delete it at any time.
